The rooms were fantastic.. very clean with big screen TVs. I noted that the rooms are very modern. The pools are fantastic. I really enjoyed the Ruby Tower room. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
I observed that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, only two small water bottles were provided.

I found the minibar situation frustrating. Everything was weighted. moving anything resulted in immediate charges. also, the lack of breakfast options was quite disappointing. Fewer restaurants were open than i expected.

i really appreciated how clean everything was. the bedding felt so nice and comfortable. i didn't have to wait long for restaurants. the staff were all very friendly and accommodating (they really were great!). i did wish the pool stayed open later.
I noticed the windows made cracking sounds at night. It might have been due to temperature changes.
