I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were modern and exceeded my expectations, although the balcony was not very convenient. The service, especially from Mr Farhoon, Isaac, and Martina, was exceptional, but there was some laziness noted in some staff members. The location was amazing, with everything I needed just a stone's throw away. The dining options were good, although a bit limited. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
