The staff sent a lovely cake and balloons to celebrate our anniversary. Every staff member was lovely, always smiling and happy to help. I appreciate the excellent service and the care planned into every detail. It is a world-class experience. I would only stay at this hotel if I could afford it.
The reservation team charged my aged parents during check-in, even after explicitly requesting they not be charged.

The selection of dishes at the Shamiana Restaurant is great, and the team offered an excellent dining experience. In-room dining service includes a wide variety of dishes with timely service. The Taj patisserie offers many delicious and fresh cakes.

Reception staff is courteous, attentive, and caring and the flower display in the lobby is amazing. Housekeeping puts a lot of effort into keeping the appearance immaculate. The security team keeps guests safe and provides excellent service daily.

The breakfast was lovely I especially enjoyed the variety of options available each morning.
The room service was slow on one occasion I placed an order and it took over an hour to arrive the delay was inconvenient as I had a tight schedule that day the hotel should improve its room service efficiency.

the hotel location is very central. i found the food service amazing. i particularly enjoyed the wide variety of options available during breakfast. staff ensured my requests were handled with priority (i had some changes).
the gym could use some newer equipment, as a few machines showed signs of wear.
