The hotel's location is wonderful, with easy access to the US Embassy and the UN compound, as well as being next to a mall. The rooms were not up to a 5-star standard, as mine was in the basement facing the staff passage and parking lot. The service, however, was top-notch and professional, with the staff being polite and attentive.

I found the hotel to be really something unique in style and very comfortable, although the rooms are like dark caves desperately in need of a refresh. The rooms are spacious and well done, but just a tad tired.

The hotel was tucked away from the conference/events area, with blackout curtains in the room. The service was exceptional, going above-and-beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The location is superb, next to a vibrant mall. The dining was okay but not outstanding, and the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and some noise issues. The spacious rooms were nicely furnished but showed signs of aging, and lacked insulation leading to some disturbances from outdoor events. The ground floor location provided views of the generator shack. On the plus side, the service was outstanding from professional guards to attentive reception staff. The location offered safety, a nearby shopping mall, and easy access to local attractions. However, dining options were limited, and some meals were below par.
