My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were small, but clean, comfortable, and nicely laid out, with a super comfy bed. The service was super friendly, always greeting us and even arranging a car to take us to the airport. The location was just perfect, right on the park in the town center, where all the activity is. The dining experience was outstanding next door at a separate restaurant. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed. A fantastic choice for a memorable stay.

The hotel offers a nice art atmosphere in the rooms, which are superb in style and comfort, but come with only a tiny safe and minimal storage; however, the windows open up onto the square for a lively view. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, offering a beautiful dessert and gracious assistance. The central location is perfect for exploring Guanajuato's attractions, being next to main plazas and theaters. The dining experience was outstanding at the adjacent restaurant, although there were attempts to persuade leaving tips. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall.
