the staff was super polite and helpful. i loved the hotel design, admiring the architecture and paintings around me. the free drinks and snacks were a really nice addition to the room (i especially loved the robes after the shower!).

the cocktails were a little too intense for me on the spectrum menu. i found out later that i could have asked for cocktails off the menu to be made. however, the service was still really good, and the waiter was polite.

the room was a tad too warm. i couldn't quite figure out the tablet that controlled everything, so the temperature was stuck at a balmy level. also, i attempted to grab a quick coffee and pastry one morning, but the café seemed to have a severe pastry shortage. there were signs of unavailable items. the experience was a bit disappointing.
