The hotel had a great character with spacious and clean rooms, but might be challenging for those with mobility issues. It offered all the modern amenities of a large chain hotel while maintaining an authentic charm that made the stay more enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated with wooden furniture and stained glass, which added to the charm of the overall experience. Everything was clean, and I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location was superb, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was delicious, varied, and included complimentary items. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel offers rooms that are a bit on the smaller side but have lovely personal touches including a welcome note and gift. However, some rooms overlook a busy street with traffic. The service provided by the family-run hotel is fantastic, especially accommodating to families with young children. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to major sights and public transportation, albeit in a vibrant area until early evening. The dining options are superb with a traditional touch. Overall, a charming hotel close to the main attractions of the city.
