EXCELLENT stay!
helpful staff professional interaction comfortable room
The reception staff were helpful and kind to me. They interacted with me and my family very professionally. My room was comfortable and calm. IT was very clean too.
The gym was a bit outdated. Some machines need maintenance or replacement (for example, the treadmill's screen flickered a lot). A little investment there could elevate the experience.

The room included a king-size bed. A mini-fridge was present and stocked daily with complimentary water (very appreciated). The bathroom had a rainfall shower and premium toiletries.

fresh choices convenient location
i found the location very convenient near the pier this allowed easy access to other parts of the area. breakfast was good and offered fine views of the bosphorus i enjoyed the fresh choices.
