the location was amazing. i could easily walk to many attractions (including the trevi fountain). the staff was excellent. roxana was very kind and helpful.
i had issues with the shower as there was no hot water. someone came to look at it and told me to only use the left hand knob but that did not work. our last morning, it was ice cold. (it was quite unpleasant).

The staff showed kindness and provided great service. A free room upgrade happened and it was appreciated. The location is excellent, near the Trevi fountain.
The shower lacked hot water . A staff member checked it and suggested using only the left knob, but it did not solve the issue. The final morning, the water remained ice cold.

the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions it was also a short walk to public transportation. the staff provided clear directions and arranged taxi services promptly. i appreciated the room's size it allowed me to relax after a long day.
i noticed noise from the street this made it slightly difficult to sleep at times.

the room was spacious it provided ample room for luggage and relaxation. amenities included a mini-fridge and a safe. the bed was comfortable i slept soundly each night.

the hotel is centrally located to many landmarks access to the trevi fountain is very quick. there were numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. public transportation was nearby for exploring more distant locations.
