amazing location helpful staff kind staff cold water shower problem unpleasant experience
the location was amazing. i could easily walk to many attractions (including the trevi fountain). the staff was excellent. roxana was very kind and helpful.
i had issues with the shower as there was no hot water. someone came to look at it and told me to only use the left hand knob but that did not work. our last morning, it was ice cold. (it was quite unpleasant).

excellent stay near the trevi fountain
central location helpful staff
the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions it was also a short walk to public transportation. the staff provided clear directions and arranged taxi services promptly. i appreciated the room's size it allowed me to relax after a long day.
i noticed noise from the street this made it slightly difficult to sleep at times.

the room was spacious it provided ample room for luggage and relaxation. amenities included a mini-fridge and a safe. the bed was comfortable i slept soundly each night.

staff members were attentive they addressed all my questions efficiently. the reception desk provided helpful suggestions for local restaurants. the concierge arranged transportation services very effectively.

the hotel is centrally located to many landmarks access to the trevi fountain is very quick. there were numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. public transportation was nearby for exploring more distant locations.

the breakfast included a good selection of items it was served in a pleasant dining area. the rooftop bar provided a place for evening drinks. i enjoyed the quick service.

the elevator made accessing upper floors very convenient i did not have issues with luggage. the rooftop terrace offered views. the hotel provided complimentary wifi.
