My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were unique, beautiful, and spacious, providing a comfy and cool atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions in George Town. The dining experience was satisfying, offering a range of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money choice.
The hotel's rooms were chic and comfortable with super amazing cool air conditioning units, however, they were very damp despite the ioniser running 24 hours. The service was wonderful, the staff were attentive, cheerful, and very friendly. The location was excellent, centrally in Georgetown with tranquil gardens nearby, making it easy to access numerous sights and restaurants. The dining experience was simple, with cooked plates and fresh fruit available at the shophouse next door. The facilities were well-maintained, offering guests a pleasant stay.
