the staff was friendly and helpful, appreciated.
the noise from the nearby bars was worse than i expected (even with earplugs). loud music went on until 3 am. i struggled to sleep well. the room's temperature was also difficult to control. there was no way to open the windows for fresh air. (i really needed some fresh air)

The hotel is near the city center, so reaching Matthew Street was effortless. Bobby, the bartender, made my birthday lovely with great service. Staff gave helpful recommendations for local eateries, and their friendliness enhanced the stay. The onsite bar featured budget friendly prices, and this surprised me.
The street noise continued late into the night.

the studio was spacious with large tvs. the staff was very friendly and cute. the location was very central to shopping.
I asked for a quiet room but it was not quiet. the jacuzzi was dirty. the bathroom smelled of urine. I found a lipstick mark on the wall.
