Fantastic Location with Great Service
professional staff instant coffee convenient location quick resolution
The reception staff was professional. I noticed a slow shower drain upon arrival, and I was immediately moved to another room. Water, tea, and instant coffee were always available in my room. The location is very convenient, as it is on a quiet block close to the Galata Bridge and Galataport complex. Tram stations are a few minutes walk away. quiet block

Staff members were helpful. They assisted with airport transportation. The check-in process was efficient, as I was accommodated early in the morning. Staff also stored my luggage while I explored the city after check-out.
