The hotel rooms were perfectly clean and just amazing in general. Even though they were out of order upon our arrival, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing by upgrading us to a non-pet-friendly room, and it was extraordinary. However, it didn't feel very clean when we arrived.

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The rooms were probably the most extravagant I've seen in the entire Suites KINGDOM. They each had a different theme, from romantic to family-friendly. The only downside was that the room stayed so warm that you would have to adjust the temperature above 75 just to get the fireplace to turn on.
