I was so impressed with the service. The staff remembered my name and drink preferences! The pools were so clean and refreshing. I spent hours there. The location WAS convenient, right near everything I wanted to see.

Very nice Experience!
accommodating staffamazing soappoor soundproofing
The hotel is VERY close to the monkey forest. The staff was super accommodating. The gym had limited equipment, BUT I was able to complete my workouts. The soap provided in the rooms smelled amazing, a HUGE plus!
I experienced a small inconvenience . The soundproofing was POOR. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This affected my sleep quality somewhat.

Staff members were very friendly and approachable. They were really good too assist us with every request. The hotel also offers various activities, such as yoga and Balinese cooking classes, which are fun.

This hotel is situated right in the heart of the town, allowing convenient access to many shops and restaurants. it is within walking distance of attractions such as the Monkey Forest and grocery stores. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
