Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms are quite large, but the one I got was one of the smaller rooms they had. However, despite the size, the room was nice and big, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the big TV and coffee maker. The service was indeed friendly and went far and beyond, reflecting true southern hospitality. The location, while not exactly what I expected from Aloft, was convenient near Vanderbilt. The dining experience, unfortunately, fell short with cold food and apathetic staff, prompting us to eat elsewhere.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are well-appointed, but they are a bit dark and smaller than expected. The service is satisfactory, with some friendly staff members, but there is room for improvement. The location is convenient for those wanting to be near Vanderbilt, but it is still undergoing renovations. The dining experience is a bit disappointing, with limited options, despite friendly kitchen staff. Overall, the facilities are decent but could use some enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms had a nice separation between the beds and bathroom, but they weren't as clean as expected. The outstanding service from the friendly staff made up for any shortcomings. However, I did have an unexpected charge to my account a week after booking, which was a bit inconvenient.
