The hotel has clean rooms with huge windows offering great views, but there was a strong cigarette smell initially and bright morning light. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff like Sally and Vivi. The location is mixed, being near a metro station but noisy for sleeping. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of delicious food. Overall, a good stay with minor drawbacks.

The hotel had very airy and bright rooms with a simple but elegant design that was very clean. I was attracted to the ambient vibe, but it was a bit uncomfortable due to the loud room and the small Asian style bed that was cramped for both my wife and me.

Staying on the 10th floor, the room was very airy and bright, which was very nice. The room was a little bigger, so there was more floor space. The service of the hotel staff, whom I had met in Taiwan, was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, only a 10-minute slow walk to the MRT. The dining experience, consisting of a sandwich and coffee/milk/juice, was the only thing we were disappointed in.
