excellent hotel with amazing staff

fateh welcomed us upon arrival and he explained nearby attractions and transport. he even booked a bosporus cruise for us, which we enjoyed very much. all hotel staff were kind and willing to assist us daily. the staff helped us with all our requests and found solutions quickly.
i found the bathroom was not thoroughly clean. there was some grime in the shower, and the light was quite dim. also we needed to request extra toilet paper as it was not replenished automatically.

the location is excellent being near major sites. sultanahmet square and arasta bazaar are only a five minute walk. the hotel offers convenient access to local attractions making exploration easy. the terrace also has a great view.
