great location helpful staff comfy bed outdated room train track frequent train
The location is great. I could easily reach many attractions. the staff was helpful with directions. i had everything i needed in my room, and the bed was quite comfy.
the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment. i found it quite noisy because of nearby train tracks. the train passed frequently, disturbing.

I found the location to be EXCELLENT. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast included a good variety of Turkish options.

excellent location helpful staff unfilled buffet train tracks
The location is excellent. It is close to major tourist attractions like the grand mosque. The staff were very helpful. Ayse was particularly supportive and assisted with room arrangements (i really appreciated it). The rooms were clean with daily housekeeping.
The breakfast was not replenished after a certain point. If you arrived after 9:30 am, the buffet was almost finished. The hotel is right beside the train tracks. It can be a problem if you're a light sleeper.

excellent hotel with amazing staff
friendly staff nearby attractions quick solutions
fateh welcomed us upon arrival and he explained nearby attractions and transport. he even booked a bosporus cruise for us, which we enjoyed very much. all hotel staff were kind and willing to assist us daily. the staff helped us with all our requests and found solutions quickly.
i found the bathroom was not thoroughly clean. there was some grime in the shower, and the light was quite dim. also we needed to request extra toilet paper as it was not replenished automatically.

the location is excellent being near major sites. sultanahmet square and arasta bazaar are only a five minute walk. the hotel offers convenient access to local attractions making exploration easy. the terrace also has a great view.
