I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist. The beds were among the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and I particularly enjoyed the diverse dining options available, especially the breakfast. The location is ideal for exploring Brescia, adding to the overall value for my stay. However, I did notice that the noise from the bar on weekends could be a bit disruptive, and while the spa services were excellent, they might be on the pricier side for some.
