I had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean with good TV and Air Cond, and also large and comfortable. The service was exceptional, as the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything from trips to transfers. The location was lovely, with a well-maintained and lovely pool area. However, the dining experience was a bit basic and not very nice. Overall, it was still an enjoyable stay.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms, despite being a bit small, were comfortable and spacious depending on their location. We did miss having an open-air balcony, but overall, the room was cozy. The service was exceptional, with staff being friendly and extremely helpful with everything from organizing trips to assisting with transfers. The location on the outskirts of La Fortuna was serene and offered stunning views of the volcano. The gardens were beautiful, and we enjoyed listening to the birds. However, we had some difficulty finding the right contact person for an issue, which was a bit frustrating. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with some dishes being delicious and others just okay. The facilities, including a lovely swimming pool and a rope swing in the garden, added to the charm of the place.
