Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had well-appointed and spacious rooms with a separate jacuzzi bath tub plus a shower, but unfortunately, one of the amenities was inoperable. The service was very helpful and virtuous, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was great, close to hiking trails and not too touristy. The facilities were adequate and offered the essential amenities for a comfortable stay.
After an adventurous wine tasting tour of 4 vineyards, the hotel's rooms were average-sized with two comfortable queen beds. They were clean, but the full-size walk-in closet in the room, measuring 10x15, was a bit unexpected. The layout was comfortable and well-organized, featuring a separate sink and plenty of lighting, including excellent reading lights next to the bed.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms had special touches like a wall safe, adjustable bedside lamps, and a nice big bathtub, but they were not ready at check-in and needed maintenance. I had to request extra towels multiple times in 36 hours, which was a bit inconvenient.
I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many stores and restaurants, making it super handy. The rooms were well-appointed with new carpet and flooring, modern lighting, and extra electrical outlets, but unfortunately, the rainy access was a bit inconvenient. The service was exceptional and very accommodating, with a special shoutout to Abraham for going above and beyond. The dining experience, although not like a European spread, was surprisingly fresh and delicious. The location on Route 89A in West Sedona added to the overall convenience of the stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were stunning with upgrades galore, including a fireplace, tub jacuzzi, and a flat-screen TV with plenty of channels. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome and even letting us into our room early. The location was perfect for me, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to everything. However, cleanliness standards were not met, which was a bit disappointing.
