My room was spacious, also it was well equipped. A yellow tulip added a touch of luxury. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary sealed glass bottle of water. All the staff i met was courteous.
I found one of the bathroom sinks with a leak. The water in the shower did not drain so well.

the spacious room had beautiful surroundings. shopping, restaurants, and bars were close, though the neighbourhood felt quiet, perfect for resting. it.
i am not quite sure this meets the standards of a five-star hotel. the room was very dark! the carpet and decor, even during the day. the carpeted floor doesn't seem to help with cleanliness.

The staff was very attentive and generous with their time I couldn't be more pleased.
The room felt a little dark and the carpet did not seem very clean. It could use some vacuuming. I found a reddish stain on the desk I did not appreciate. the bathroom layout seemed impractical. The toilet and bidet were far apart
