I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was excellent, very quiet, and comfortable, but it had dirty walls and broken tiles in the bathroom. The service was okay overall, and the staff was very friendly upon our arrival, even though they requested a higher price than expected for a certain service. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old city with everything within walking distance, but the reception arrangement was a bit confusing. Dining was disappointing, with a lackluster room service experience. Despite these downsides, the facilities were satisfactory.
