attentive service complimentary wine delicious cookies free beverage
i found the staff very attentive. they promptly addressed all requests i made. the bottle of wine and cookies in my room was a nice touch. the hotel provided complimentary tea, coffee and cookies each afternoon in the lobby
the hotel had only one elevator it sometimes felt congested during peak hours

unreliable elevator small room
the elevator was constantly out of service and this made it hard to get to my room. i often used the stairs. the staff wasnt very helpful with this problem. i also found the room quite small. it did have a pillar close to the toilet , made it uncomfortable.

The room was very clean and spacious. I appreciated the hotel's convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and offered helpful suggestions for local attractions. I especially liked the rooftop lounge with its great views.
The elevator was quite small, which could be a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage.

perfect architecture and location

beautiful facilities great food convenient service
I enjoyed the room . The architecture seemed like a step back in time but the facilities were up-to-date. The hotel restaurant had convenient hours. I also found the in-hotel restaurant food and service were great.
the elevator did not work consistently, so I mostly walked to and from my room.
