I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire experience felt cozy and welcoming. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a memorable dinner at the chef-owned restaurant. However, I faced some issues with the service regarding a delayed check-in that could have been smoother.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a wood-burning stove and a jacuzzi tub. However, the lack of windows that could be opened made it feel less refreshing.
Service
7.0
The staff was quite helpful, especially in securing a taxi and managing some of our requests, but the check-in process was less than ideal due to some unexpected delays.
Location
8.0
The hotel is situated outside the city center, which offers fantastic views, but it requires a bit of a walk or a quick taxi ride to get into town.
Dining
9.0
Dining was a highlight with an incredible chef-owned restaurant. The gnocchi was a standout, and breakfast options were delicious but could use a bit more variety.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had great amenities, including a hot tub and spacious common areas. However, a bit more attention to window and curtain quality would elevate the experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the stunning views and spacious rooms. The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. However, the breakfast lacked variety, and I found the bar wasn't always staffed, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for its charm and friendly atmosphere.

While the location offered breathtaking views, it was a bit far from the city center, requiring about a 30 to 45-minute walk or a taxi.

The breakfast was decent, but I wished for more savory options. It was mainly continental style with some sweet items.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from my room was absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room was spacious and warm, but occasionally I could hear the wind outside, which made it a bit chilly at times. Overall, it's a great spot to relax away from the hustle of Calafate, but the distance to the city center could be a downside for some.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The views were absolutely stunning, and the property was charming, but we faced some issues like inconsistent heating and noise from neighboring rooms. The staff was quite helpful, and while the location offered amazing vistas, it required a good walk to reach the town. Overall, it's a mixed bag but could be worth it for the views and staff.

Rooms
6.0
We stayed in one of the smaller houses which was cute, but the insulation could be better. It was quite windy outside and we struggled to keep warm inside. The bathroom setup was awkward, as the showerhead didn't align well, causing water to spray in the wrong directions.
Service
9.0
The service was really great; the staff took the time to explain local activities and even arranged our excursions smoothly, which was very convenient.
Location
7.0
The hotel is perched with a breathtaking view of the lake, but it's a solid 30-minute walk into town. A taxi is necessary if you prefer not to walk.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast had potential but really needed more variety. It was fine, but some fresh fruit and savory options would have made it much better.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has decent facilities but they need a little more attention to detail, especially regarding the heating in the rooms.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, making it worthwhile, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the main building was beautiful, I faced some inconvenience with the lack of hot water and cold drafts in my room. The breakfast could use more variety, and the bar wasn't always staffed, which was a bit frustrating.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was charming but cold, even with the heat on. It could definitely benefit from better insulation.
Service
9.0
The staff were amazing at communicating and very helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel taken care of.
Location
6.0
The location offered breathtaking views, but it was quite far from the city center, making taxis a necessity.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was decent but lacked variety and didn't have enough savory choices.
Facilities
7.0
The main building is stunning, but some amenities, like the bar, could use improvements in availability.
