Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt like having your own little Parisian courtyard, especially with the balcony overlooking Decatur Street, and they were well equipped with everything you needed. The service, while incredible and a big part of our experience, lacked some accommodation. The location was unbeatable in New Orleans, putting us right at the heart of all the action but still managing to avoid the noise. Dining was a bit on the expensive side, but the sliced tropical fruits were a nice touch.
The hotel rooms looked completely different from the photos online and were much smaller than expected. The view overlooking Decatur was nice but very loud. The service was friendly and went above and beyond, although there were instances of staff entering the room unexpectedly. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the French Quarter, close to everything. The dining experience was pricey at over $30 but offered local meats. Overall, the hotel provided a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms felt like a little condo - clean, spacious, with a sitting area and a kitchenette. Despite some street noise at times, the experience was great overall. The service was very helpful and friendly, except for one rude encounter. The location was excellent, close to many attractions and easily accessible. The dining was a bit pricey, but the food quality was good. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
