Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some lovely aspects like the wonderfully scented room, but unfortunately, we were there during a construction project, making our stay virtually unusable due to the lack of privacy with workers around. The service, however, was amazing right from the beginning, offering organic water and catering to my partner's needs.
I stayed at a hotel scented in mistico, and our room had a big window with a view of the mountains which remained lit up all night, providing light but disturbing our sleep. The staff were all very accommodating, although they seemed to prioritize paying guests over hotel guests. The location was great, just a few blocks from El Tepozteco, and the ambiance in the gardens was amazing. The dining was limited to fruit, coffee, and juice, with breakfast ending quite early. Overall, it was a unique experience with some ups and downs.
