The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from Lagoa da Conceicao, making it convenient for shopping and dining. My room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the pool area, but I was disappointed by the unpleasant view from some other rooms. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help, though I did sense a bit of distance from one receptionist. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great amenities but a couple of areas for improvement.
