Really good Location and Amazing Staff!

I had a wonderful stay. The location is PERFECT! I arrived early, yet my room was ready. This set a great tone for my entire visit. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring I had everything I needed.
My room was located across from the main building. I had to walk outside to reach the lobby. This was a bit inconvenient, especially during cooler evenings. I hope they can find a solution to connect both buildings.

The hotel is just inside the Pile Gate, a very short walk from the main attractions. The central location made exploring easy. It allowed quick access to everything I wanted to see and do.

The staff members were cute and genuinely enthusiastic. They provided really good service from check-in to departure. They were always ready to assist with recommendations and any requests I had .

small bathroom noisy room
the location is fine, at least. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room was smaller than the photos suggested. the bathroom was particularly small, maybe two meters. i asked for a quiet room, i got a room above where beer barrels were unpacked from 6:15 am to 7:50 am. it was very noisy.

I appreciate the central location a lot. The hotel provides convenient access to main attractions. My room included air conditioning that worked well and kept the space cool. I found the staff's friendliness to be good.
The walls are quite thin and some noise does filter through.
