the room was spacious it featured a seating area with comfortable chairs and a table the bathroom had a large mirror and good lighting i also appreciated the complimentary toiletries that were provided the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options including fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes. the staff were consistently polite and helpful they promptly addressed all my inquiries and requests the hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway but it did not affect my overall stay.

the location was in a main area, which i did find acceptable.
the room was not ready right at check-in time, i waited an hour. the cleaner ignored the door hanger that said 'do not disturb' and opened my door early. i could hear the neighbors, soundproof was so awful.

the staff displayed attentiveness. the location proved convenient. i noticed a classic hotel feel, executed with efficiency and attention to detail. the breakfast service was amazing!!!
i found the air conditioning unit rattled constantly, no matter the setting. during the night, when everything was quiet, it made it difficult to sleep. the air conditioning did not function during the night anyway. it was warm and stuffy in the room, so i left the window open to sleep. the street noise bothered me.

The staff offered valuable recommendations! The characterful lobby was good and the rooms were spacious. Air conditioning ensured relief from the heat. It was GREAT.
The hotel could use some updating. It displays a somewhat tired elegance. The breakfast quality needs improvement. The process felt a bit slow.

i gotta say, somethings went wrong . the air conditioning didnt work that well. it rattled all night, no matter what i did with the settings. then, it stopped workin completely at night. the room got stuffy and hot. i was forced to open the window, and then i heard all the street noise. it was not a good sleep at all. the street noise was too high, noisy air conditioning

The hotel location is superb near the city center.
The room air CONDITIONING made a constant rattling noise. It was barely noticeable during the day. it became annoying at night, difficult to sleep. the air conditioning turns off during the night.
