my room had a king size bed. the hotel staff provided fresh towels daily. the room included a safe for securing valuables. the air conditioning worked really well, keeping the room cool and comfortable. i appreciated the spacious bathroom with its rainfall shower, and two separate sinks.
the restaurant service was slow at times. i waited almost an hour for a simple lunch order one afternoon. this was a bit frustrating when i was hoping to quickly eat before returning to my activities.

The hotel has a lovely pool area. It features about twenty loungers with shaded sections. there is a gym available . It includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes for exercise. the premises offer free wifi that works without issues.

The staff was friendly. They provided quick assistance with requests. breakfast had various options. Fresh fruits and local pastries were available. the hotel arranged tours and activities. It made exploring the area easier.

the ocean view room offered a beautiful perspective. the room cleaning was done well daily. the hotel design felt tropical, i liked the aesthetics.
the bathroom had no door, reducing privacy. the service at the restaurant was quite slow, even for simple orders. soft drink options were limited, not much available beyond fresh juices.

The breakfast was great (especially the fresh fruit). I was also very happy with how clean the place was.
I found the bedroom lighting inadequate. It was hard to read in bed. I think brighter lights would improve the experience.

the restaurant felt a bit off since they do not serve alcohol i needed to arrange a cab to bring some. the lack of mosquito nets in the rooms was also a slight concern i found myself swatting at phantom mozzies all night long not ideal for a good night's sleep

decent hotel with minor drawbacks

i found the staff quite helpful. they arranged a pottery class with local women for me. the food was also good (i especially liked the hibiscus tea).
there was no door on the toilet and shower area in my room, a bit awkward. also, the bathroom window shutters had holes, so you could see straight in when the light was on at night.
