comfortable bed fluffy robes luxurious toiletries underground grotto
my room had a view of the pool, a very welcome sight. the bed was comfortable! it featured fluffy robes plus luxurious toiletries in the large wet room, i must say. the hotel spa is set in an underground grotto, it was lovely. i felt wonderfully restored after only a short time.
though the location was perfect.

the breakfast courtyard restaurant was beautiful. i noticed a comprehensive range of produce was available. a lovely outdoor location existed for meals. there was provision for an alternative space if the weather turned rainy or cooler.

the hotel location is excellent with easy access. our room had beautiful decorations and modern amenities. the staff arranged flowers and cava. this stay felt cute with top tier service.
the pool area had a limited number of loungers available sometimes which was a little inconvenient during peak hours

the hotel is located in the center of town. i found the proximity to local attractions convenient. free parking is available nearby which allowed daily use of our car.

the general manager spoke with each guest at breakfast. the staff displayed amazing language skills. concierge service was top notch. luca was very attentive providing us a great experience.

the breakfast courtyard had a beautiful design, ideal for starting the day. rooms included comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere (just what i needed).
i noticed limited umbrellas by the garden pool, i think it would be very useful on sunny days.

enthusiastic staff quality coffee spacious bathroom yoga lesson
The staff answered questions with enthusiasm. Breakfast offered many choices alongside quality coffee in the garden. My solo room featured a closet and spacious bathroom. The second palace provided beauty and access. A yoga lesson under the cathedral was a highlight.
I noticed more light would benefit room 44, along with a full length mirror.

the location was convenient for accessing the city center. the interiors were well maintained.
the room lacked sufficient lighting. a full-length mirror would have been beneficial for dressing. the pool, area was NOT always clean.

The hotel location is very nice. you can easily reach many restaurants and bars nearby. the room was very good. The bedding and the bathroom are excellent. the terrace is great for breakfast.
