The hotel's location is spectacular, right in front of the main cathedral and surrounded by gorgeous gardens, with restaurants and shops just steps away. The rooms, although small and lacking natural light, are well-insulated against noise. The service from Alfredo and the team was superb, making the stay in historic Morelia even more enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and could-have-been-better moments. The rooms were spacious and unique, blending the old colonial charm with a new glamorous touch, though my interior room without windows felt a bit dark and closed. The service was top-notch, with the staff accommodating our requests and always friendly. The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, but the noise from a nearby soccer game was a definite downside. The dining experience was enjoyable but lacked more regional dishes. Overall, a stay with its own character and charm.
