complicated breakfast simple order

The breakfast setup felt pretty complicated for a place like this. I had to jump through hoops just to get some eggs and cheese. Plus, the staff seemed a bit lost. One guy couldn't understand a simple order. It was easier to just skip breakfast and find a cafe elsewhere. At least I didn't have to play charades for a slice of cheese there. I expected a tad more efficiency.

spacious room shower pressure attentive staff

my room was spacious and well-designed, a real treat after a long day. the shower had fantastic water pressure. the hotel staff were attentive and offered great local recommendations. i also appreciated the complimentary waters at checkout for my journey.

the breakfast setup was a bit confusing, with the ordering system not immediately clear.

welcome note complementary cake

the handwritten welcome note was a particularly thoughtful touch. it came with complementary cake and biscuits in the room. the staff were fantastic throughout my stay and were always happy to help (i really appreciated their warmth).

I stayed on june 15th. it shouldn't be so difficult to have breakfast in a 5 star hotel. i had trouble communicating my order to the waiter. He didn't know english. i decided to leave to eat breakfast elsewhere to avoid getting angrier.
