great location breakfast egg friendly service

i loved the location, super close to the tunnelbanna. breakfast egg stations are always a hit with me. the service was friendly and efficient. the room was clean with attention to details!

i booked the hotel because it has a spa and pool. expedia didn't say there's a surcharge or i needed to book time slots. the wi-fi didn't work till my last morning. that hit like a rip-off.

the location was convenient, near the metro entrance.

I booked a "moderate double", yet the room barely fit two adults. This was frustrating. the air inside felt stuffy. I requested a fan that never arrived, made sleeping difficult.

the outdoor seating area felt quite lackluster upon arrival. a lobby resembling a bustling train station added to the initial impression. our 'moderate double' room proved to be surprisingly small. the room felt uncomfortably warm with no way to adjust the temperature, and a fan requested from the front desk never arrived.
