the rooftop terrace provided direct views of the world trade center memorial. i found the location convenient with several subway lines within walking distance. coffee and tea were available near the lobby and this was quite useful.
our room lacked a safety deposit box. the air conditioning control panel was difficult to manage. it was impossible to turn it off so we had to cover it at night to block the light.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful the room was clean and the housekeeping service refreshed it daily the location was ideal for visiting the wtc and other nearby attractions like battery park and wall street i also appreciated the availability of coffee throughout the day
i noticed the rooftop bar was closed for remodeling which was a bit disappointing but didn't impact my stay significantly

the hotel is close to the metro under the oculus (it makes traveling easy). the staff were friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the drinking water machine in the hallway (it helped me stay hydrated).
