Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a convenient location near Florida Road and several attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I found the rooms clean, but they felt a bit cramped for two people. The service, especially from the manager Eric, was fantastic, although the check-in process could take a while due to limited staff. Dining options could certainly improve, as the breakfast was not up to par with limited choices and cold food. Overall, this hotel has its pros and cons but offers decent value for the price.
I had a somewhat mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was excellent, being close to various attractions, the service was less than ideal, as some staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was not ready upon our arrival, which was unexpected given that the hotel wasn't fully booked. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left a good impression.
The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing location that is perfect for those looking to escape the city noise. However, my room was in need of refurbishment and had some issues with mold along the walls. The dining experience was decent but could use more variety in the breakfast options. Overall, it's a good stay but not without its shortcomings.
I had a decent stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a great view, though there was an issue with a non-functional sliding door which was a bit concerning. The service was quite accommodating when I requested to change rooms, and the location was fantastic, away from city noise. However, I found the dining experience to be a letdown with limited breakfast options and subpar coffee.
The hotel is located in a nice and safe area of Durban, which I appreciated. However, I encountered several issues with the room maintenance, which was disappointing given the price I paid. The staff, especially Manager Allan, were very accommodating and tried their best to assist me. While the amenities were decent, the overall experience did not quite reflect the high cost.
