I stayed at this hotel with my two kids before flying out of Columbus airport due to an impending ice storm. The suite we had was spacious with nice showers. The staff were friendly and professional, constantly checking if we needed anything. However, the location could use some upgrades, especially in terms of street lighting on East Broad Street at night. The dining options were good, but most were pre-packaged items with limited fresh choices.
