I had an amazing stay at the hotel with its luxurious rooms, clean and comfy accommodations, and friendly staff. The breathtaking view from my room kept me captivated for hours. However, there were some issues with accessibility and lack of provisions during certain situations.

I have to speak very highly of the Estefans and the excellent service from the valets to the front desk personnel. It's evident that the staff has put thought and care into their service for the past 28 years. From the available amenities like room service and valet parking to the welcoming atmosphere, I was impressed.

The location couldn't be better, as the hotel is right on the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on Ocean Drive. The pool and hot tub area is well-equipped with plenty of seating, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere.
