I had a lovely stay at Cozy Hoian Villas Boutique Hotel. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the Old Town, although it was a bit noisy due to construction nearby. The staff were really good, always helpful and friendly, which made a big difference in my experience. However, I did notice that the bathroom cleanliness could be improved, and the pool area was dusty, likely from the ongoing construction.
