The staff was super friendly. They were great to. The room size was good, a rare find. I look forward to staying here again (maybe during my next vacation!). Breakfast was nice too.
The night shift concierge gave unsolicited impolite responses when I asked about amenities. He could have replied politely, but he chose to be sarcastic. I hope they address this issue .

the staff was superb. rooms were clean. the bed was comfortable. it was perfect. i found the location convenient with close proximity to the rer and metro lines. nearby bars and restaurants offered nice options.
wifi access was spotty. i couldnt log onto it. i didnt ask for help though. breakfast buffet was busy. i would have liked more space.

the hotel's proximity to the c line of the rer proved quite useful. it allowed easy access to key attractions like the eiffel tower (i visited it) and the palace of versailles. the staff also created a cute atmosphere. i appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with directions.
i found the room's cleanliness to be somewhat lacking. dust accumulated in communal areas, which i noticed. i also observed mold on the bathroom ceiling. a strong cooking smell permeated the reception area at times (i found it unpleasant).
