My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although smaller than expected in the Golden section, were well-equipped and the staff promptly addressed a few issues we had initially. However, the lingering smell of cigarettes was a downside. The service was pleasant and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, although the decor seemed a bit dated. The location was great for a mountain getaway and easily accessible from I-70, but lacking a balcony. The dining options were good, though a little pricey, especially for breakfast. Overall, a satisfactory stay with some room for improvement.
