pretty decent stay overall
friendly staff peaceful setting stingy policy outdated tv
I really appreciated the staff. Jacobo and alessandro were super friendly. their hospitality, and i liked that extra touch to my visit! the hotel itself is beautiful too, and it offers a good blend of comfort and elegance in such a peaceful setting. It felt very cozy.
The bottled water policy was a surprise. I didn't expect to be charged daily to have it replaced. that seemed a bit stingy, it kind of undermined that sense of luxury you expect. also, there was no smart tv in the room, so no netflix or casting. i was like that's pretty outdated these days.

sunny morning inner yard hotel entrance permission request
The breakfast was good. The inner yard is lovely. it was nice to eat there on a sunny morning.
i was annoyed that i needed to ring a bell every time to enter the hotel. it doesn't feel five-star when you have to ask permission to get in (i expect more from this kind of place).
