I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room had a patio overlooking the water, offering a breathtaking view of the bay. It was exceptionally clean, super comfortable, and the air conditioning worked like a charm. The hot water in the shower was a fantastic bonus. The service was top-notch with the staff holding our bags and surfboards, plus allowing us to check in early. The location was just perfect - central but peacefully away from the noisy areas of Bocas Town. The overwater setting added a unique charm, and being within walking distance of downtown made exploring so convenient. The dining experience was delightful with a fancy restaurant offering great value and stunning views. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, not too far from the hustle and bustle of Bocas Town. The rooms were quite stark but oh-so quiet and offered a lovely view of the bay. Service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some really friendly staff members but others seemed a bit indifferent. The dining experience had its ups and downs but ended up being more satisfying than expected.
