amazing views and great service

amazing views friendly staff welcome plate

the views from my room were amazing. i woke up each morning to a beautiful landscape (it felt so refreshing!). the staff was very friendly and quick to help with any requests. i also appreciated the welcome plate of chocolate and fruit in my room upon arrival.

i found the room to be a bit dusty and the walls could use some cleaning. it wasn't a major issue, but it detracted slightly from the overall experience.

the restaurant offered convenient dining on the top floor. i really enjoyed the food, especially the three-course meal (chef sabrina and ray deserve praise!).

old smoke inadequate soundproofing

the restaurant had a superb view it was almost acceptable

the room was supposedly non smoking but reeked of old smoke i suspect someone had disregarded the rules i also found the soundproofing inadequate every cough and conversation from the neighboring room was amplified making for a less than peaceful stay the bathroom fan seemed determined to conduct its own solo concert all night

fine view comfortable bed shared access stained carpet usb port high price

The balcony provided fine views from my room. the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. the shared access to the facilities at the sister resort was convenient.

the room looked aged. the carpets had some stains. i noticed a lack of usb ports in the room. the food prices seemed unreasonable.
