helpful staff delicious breakfast smooth transfer
the staff were genuinely awesome, always eager to assist. breakfast was simple, delicious, and the air conditioning worked very well. i really like that.
the gym equipment was slightly outdated.

convenient location helpful staff bigger room
The location was really convenient to many local spots. Breakfast included both Vietnamese options and some familiar continental dishes. Staff helped arrange my trips right from the front desk. My room was bigger compared to other hotels in the same price range.
The corridors were not very cleaned and some areas needed maintenance. It looked like it was not the cleanest, and that was a bit disappointing.

I experienced a REALLY annoying issue with noise. Drilling and hammering was VERY loud from 6:30am. The noise continued until 5:30pm (this made relaxing in the room impossible during the day).

the hotel staff were all so helpful and cheerful. the location is very convenient to everywhere , so grab was affordable.

a few glitches , mostly fine
faulty a c non-functional phone
the shower had some issues , flooding the bathroom , and it gave off a strange smell. the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly , either it blew hot air , or it didn't work at all. also , the phone in the room was out of order , so i couldn't easily contact reception. it all added up to a less than stellar experience , unfortunately.
