helpful staff central location tasty breakfast missing facilities small reception small room
the staff were ALWAYS available. the location allowed me to explore many areas. the provided breakfast included tasty croissants , jam and coffee.
my room lacked coffee or tea facilities , which i missed. i FOUND the reception area rather small. my room was also quite small , it restricted movement a bit.

The breakfast service was not great. Some waiters could not speak any English. The server at the cafe, named David, was too rude for the beautiful atmosphere!!!

The staff stored luggage both before check in and after check out.
The room I received did not match what I booked. I selected a room with a garden view to avoid street noise but my view was just the street itself. Breakfast was acceptable but not diverse. It was not a buffet.

warm welcome clean room modern room convenient location
the receptionists gave a warm welcome. my room was clean and very modern and had everything i needed for my stay. the whole hotel is exactly like the pictures. the location was convenient, and the people working there set a chill vibe.
the amenities felt pretty basic and the building itself felt a little tired. it's scuffed, and seems to be in need of tlc.

this spot is in a very central location. it was easy to walk to many places directly from the hotel. i found lots of shops and restaurants close by (a real plus!).

the hotel has all the essential amenities. the room was clean. the hotel offers blackout curtains, made sleeping possible. i thought it was a quiet area for sleeping also.

i found the rooms arranged perfectly, maximizing the available space. the aesthetics in the bathroom offered a touch of luxury. the style was refined yet approachable. the hotel's proximity to many dining options made it easy to explore various cuisines.
the room i booked was not available upon arrival. i was given a smaller room initially.
