i stayed in a premium room. it was really modern and clean. the staff was wonderful and caring, nothing reminded me of too much trouble! the breakfast was generous and tasted delicious.
the room didn't looked like the pictures, a bummer. i had a room with a jacuzzi, but it was cold constantly. also, the swimming pool was always freezing, so its not usable even when it is hot.

Excellent Stay Near the Center

I stayed in a modern suite with a balcony jetted tub. The staff was very caring . Restaurants were within easy walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was generous and delicious each morning.
The air conditioning required some adjustments.

My room included a comfortable King bed and modern amenities. Rooms are finished to a high standard and are super clean. Rooms offer outdoor jetted tubs with sea views for enhanced relaxation.

i booked a room with a jacuzzi. it was consistently cold! the pool was also too cold for swimming, even on warm days. this. the cost was high compared to other hotels nearby, and i don't think it matched the value.

amazing gem in elounda!

Costas met us. upon arrival, i was late. he helped us and even reversed our car onto the road! the hotel has great finishing and the best showers i've used. eleni helped us. She gave us crockery and cutlery for our room! i bought breakfast items to enjoy on the balcony.
the room seemed smaller than in photos. the jacuzzi was always cold. the pool was freezing! even on hot days, it was not usable.
