The air conditioning barely worked. I was sweating most of the time. plus, there was this persistent humming noise in the room. it made it difficult to sleep properly, and the staff couldn't seem to fix it. the noise problem, the ac issue

the staff spoke fluent english this was helpful when arranging transport to the airport early in the morning
the bed sheets were not clean i noticed several dirty spots on the pillowcase it was also concerning to find a pin on my pillow the rooms felt quite small and the breakfast service seemed unprofessional the price did not feel justified given these issues

the staff was friendly. they gave us navigo cards which allowed us to add a day pass at the metro station. this made touring the sights convenient. the breakfast each morning was delicious. the lady in the breakfast room was very lovely and kind. it was a fabulous way to start each day!
the location was convenient. however, the bed sheets were not clean. i found several dirty spots on the pillowcase. i even found a pin on my pillow. it was both surprising and concerning.
