My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a very good size and the location of the hotel was comfortable and nicely furnished. However, the room wasn't ready at 3:00, there was no warm cookie, and no parking available, which was a downside. It was also hot the 2nd night of our stay.

The room access was a bit delayed as we had to wait in the lobby for about 25 minutes, but once inside, the service was attentive. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and nice, although a bit small, and some even had a view into the courtyard of the Alamo. The service was top-notch, with everyone from the valet to the restaurant staff being incredibly friendly and full of helpful recommendations. The location was incredible, right next to the Alamo and an easy walk to the Riverwalk. However, the dining options were a bit overpriced and generic.
