the staff were all polite. they were professional and helpful. our room was beautiful with a spacious terrace and a very large comfortable bed. i really enjoyed our break.
contrary to what is advertised there was no fitness room. this was a problem since i picked the hotel because of the fitness room. i was oriented to an outside independent club. i had to pay a daily fee.

The hotel location is ideal for accessing nearby amenities. It is a short walk to the main square and some restaurants.
I encountered issues . There was a water outage for over 12 hours. The hotel lacked its own water tank. This situation is surprising for a five-star hotel. The food and service quality seemed to decline this time. It took 45 minutes to receive a simple sausage at breakfast.
